Parque Cabecera, at the head of the Río Túria
There is a new park in Valencia. It's actually an extension of the Río Túria Park, and is call Parque Cabecera. Its 35 hectares are divided into 4 distinct areas, water, forest and garden, a bio park and an amusement park. There is an amphitheatre and the Valencia Zoo will shortly open its gates to the public. The view from the hill at its head over the park is excellent.
